1.Direct Reporting To Human Resource Manager. Monitoring Handling electronic & Manual Attendance. 2.Updating & Managing employee leave record Sick, casual, annual leaves on Excel sheet. 3.Process Payroll every month within deadlines. 4.Distribute Attendance sheets to all departments by the end of month. 5.Making Daily Late coming & Absent Reports of employees. 6.Keep Proper documentation of employee leave record. 7.Follow Strictly Payroll & Time Attendance & Leave Policies. 8.Answering staff queries regarding payroll and Time & Attendance 9.Issuing Employee Cards & attend queries regarding employee cards. 10.Coordinate with all departments especially with finance department intelligently. 11.Verifying & Calculating Overtime after all necessary endorsements.
