Product Development Engineer Employer Consultants Engineering Full Time 1 Karachi, Pakistan -- Sep 13 2012 Expired Develop test activities for a specific electronic modules and products. Generate, maintain and help implement an agreed test strategy for products, assemblies and parts. Spearhead a continuous improvement regime of test methodologies including establishing best practices, reducing test and inspection cost, utilizing current technologies where appropriate and design for manufacture. Ability to acquire and analyze data, predict and mitigate for potential faults using structured problem solving techniques. Ensure timely availability of test requirement specifications and whenever necessary to type test equipment. Manage challenging schedules. Work with design engineers to improve module interface management and reliability. Day-to-day technical support for the resolution of problems with designed test equipment in the Production Teams. Desired Candidate's Profile
Experience Education Gender Career Level Skills Required 2 to 3 years Bachelors Any Experienced (Non-Manager) Must have sound knowledge regarding current electronic test technologies and actively keeping up-to-date with latest developments. Possess knowledge of IPC or ISO 9001 or other quality system knowledge. Must have analogue or digital electronics design skills Demonstrate and understanding of formal software design in any high level programming language and there applications. Lead and drive analytical and problem solving techniques. Have a project management skills portfolio planning, communication and presentation skills. Ability to use Visual Studio or .Net Framework (preferred). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) essential for both external and internal coordination with employees and production staff.
